Thieves steal cash from convenience store

THIEVES broke into a convenience store and stole a large quantity of cash, police say.

There was a burglary at One Stop Shop, in White Lion Road, Amersham, between 11pm on Monday and 7am on Tuesday (Dec 18) where a large amount of cash was stolen.

A 36-year-old man and a 29-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of burglary.
Both are still in custody.

People with information can call Thames Valley Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
