Mountain bike coaching comes to Amersham

Youngsters aged 10 to 16 can sign up to two days of mountain bike coaching, fun activities and trail riding in Lotts Wood near Hyde Heath, run by British Cycling's Regional Go-Ride Coach.

The fun is on Monday and Tuesday, August 5 and 6 from 10am to 2.30pm, costing £7.50 per day. Bikes and helmets can be provided if needed, and all levels of experience catered for.

There is an additional opportunity for all ages to race at Lotts Wood in the Summit XC Series on Wednesday, August 6 from 6pm.
